Is this adequate for a Zen 8 IP account with No NAT ?

Anyone know if this router has an option to turn NAT on or off,
whether it has a hardware reset and if it supports non-NAT public
subnets - multiple public IP addresses?

Also, is there any advantage over the Dabs product listed here
http://www.dabs.com/products/prod-in...quicklinx=17P8
or any disadvantage to the DrayTek Vigor 2600 Router

Cheers.
