DLink 300G+ and Demon, problems
I'm using the 300G+ and Demon, no problems after getting the buffalo
wireless router to accept its DHCP address. Very reliable now, not a glitch
Sounds like faulty modem.

I've recently bought a Dlink 300G+ "modem" to replace
the DSL Warehouse own brand "modem"+router (906e).
[snip: tale of woe with 300G+]
I made the mistake of phoning the Dlink help line
who claim "Demon do not hand out the correct gateway address"
and basically said nothing to do with us.
I have to say this sounds like bull, funny how the
el-cheapo own brand equipment copes with no problem.
In addition a quick Google will show a number of people
using 300G+/Demon combination.
I can confirm that one of my clients has been using a DSL-330G+ on a
Demon-provided 500Kbs ADSL line for several months and without any
modem-related (or Demon-related) problems.
Have you got the latest firmware [ftp.dlink.co.uk]? Otherwise, barring
a local configuration issue, it sounds like you've been sent a faulty
