Before I sign back up with them, has there been any improvement in binary servers in the UK or Europe? Who do you reccomend? Having recently signed up to Giganews migration from Newsfeeds, who for what they provide are simply too expensive), I can vouch for Giganews 100% so far. A server that lets you download but only count for 50% of what you downloaded (against your monthly allowance), seemingly unlimited number of simultaneous connections, impossible to max out the connection (I've tried upto and including an 8MB ADSL connection and I was still hitting my ADSL limitation before any limitation at Giganews), and 6gb a month for about £5 - Bargain ! Tracerote is a little on the long side, but then 90% is made of hops all around the country thanks to BTO (my packets are well travelled), but doesnt make much difference at the end of the day. Giganews have a few servers now (not sure if they did back in days of old), positioned as east, west and central US. |
