Default Zen support - very impressive !

Colin Wilson wrote:

I sent an "abuse" report to them this morning (shown at the bottom of
their reply), and was very surprised to get a *real* response back,
rather than an autoresponder message !

Note the time ! (rest of header snipped)

If the rest of their service is as on-the-ball as their support, i`m
*VERY* impressed !

I have always had email replies within 2 hours and as a Zen customer find
their support useful. I never have had problems with downloading or
uploading, not even at night. The Zen newsserver however has failed on more
than one occasion, however, keep an eye on Zen status page, as they
provided an alternative news server the last time it failed. Zen's status
page also notifies you of other important security issuses and viruses if
you are a Windows user and of course service status.
