Default Eclipse?

Has anyone used or is using Eclipse for ADSL?

Any comments good or bad?

Really good: set me up over the phone 1st Aug when the activation date from
BT was 6th but my router was connecting to bt_test. No payments up front -
opted for monthly invoice (even the activation fee was invoiced days after
I was connected). Fast.

Bad: "Ticket System" - don't bother, phone instead. News server. Incoming
email delays (apparently - I don't use the mailbox yet) see forum at

9/10 - I can recommmend them
