end couldn't !

He looks like a prime candidate for a wireless link; even has a
cooperative neighbour with ADSL.

I have a friend who's just got ADSL and is sharing it with a neighbour via
Wireless LAN, and the neighbour's paying half the cost of the
install/subscription/kit
