Default BT pulls another scam trick try to hoodwink customers

In article [email protected], Mikael Armstrong
writes
BT Inherited most of its local loop infrastructure when it was privatised,
so tax payers have already paid for it. BT are essentially reselling
something which only has to be maintained. Other companies would have to
start from scratch.

When asked for more infrastructure they decline, I have been refused a
second line on the basis of "no more lines" available.
Also told no broad band available even after the local exchange has been
equipped as too distant.
