My experience of a problem with Carphone Warehouse is that customer
service is even worse than Tiscali. Complaints to Tiscali's chief exec
at least get treated reasonably seriously (if not very effectively) but
letters to Carphone Warehouse's chief exec just get an irrelevant,
unconsidered and unhelpful reply. Gone right downhill over the years.
