Best Ever value? Urm I don't think so, many other reputable companies are
offering a fully featured 512K ADSL package for less than BT's No Frills
package.

It looks like BT are trying to confuse the public into thinking they can get
something on the cheap when infact, they're paying way over the odds. Looks
like they're trying to confuse Newbies.

Typical BT.

Oh well.

BT are just behaving like most vendors when they claim their product
is the best, cheapest or both.

Customers will behave like most customers and believe what they are
told. If the service works, those customers are happy and none the
wiser. Perhaps that is how it should be?

Not to mention that other ISP have dropped their prices also. For
many the 'auxilary' services that other ISPs provide is a more
important consideration than headline [basic] service prices.
