Default Wanadoo 512k - 1Gb upgrade?

Hi,

Now that all new connections are 1GB, does anyone know if they are offering
a free upgrade to existing 512K customers?.

Thanks

Lasitha

1GB, How much is that going to cost per month? Guess you would need to park
a caravan in the exchange yard to get your line short enought !

Well most connections can pass 1 GByte. The point of interest is over
what period, and whether the providers get upset if you do. If over one
second, then it's impressive, as you point out. If over a year, then few
will get too excited. :-)

By 512K I presume means 512 kilo-bits per second
By 1GB I presume means a 1 Gigabyte per month download cap
a totally different parameter.
unless you meant 1Mb vs 512Kb

Graham.

If it was reasonably priced, and mobile, I might.
