Aren't their legacy "Primetime" products LLU based? In which case they'll
be neither IPStream nor DataStream.

Primetime was available on both LLU exchanges and DataStream ones.

Bulldog even (accidentally I presume) provisioned some of their PrimeTime
customers via IPStream instead of DataStream (though those exchanges would
have been DataStreamed)
