Default BT Schedule for exchange upgrade.

Dear all

I am currently with Pipex, as many of you know Pipex recently offered to
doubled the speed of their customers connection (if your line can take
it) for free. The question is when?

I have phoned Pipex who said they donít know itís down to BT !!

My questions are what are the upgrades required?

What is BT schedule?

I have heard anything from a few weeks until August. If itís August I
might as well either cancel my Pipex connection or pay the £15 fast
upgrade fee.

If itís a few weeks I may wait.

Thanks
Andrew

Flip a switch at the exchange - some can even be done remotely.

What is BT schedule?

Don't know - and neither do pipex yet.

If the schedule was known everyone could make this decision - but it ain't,
so either pay the £15 or wait and hope.

What is this £15 fast upgrade fee? Haven't heard of it... Can't see it
anywhere on Pipex's website.

Thanks,
Tom

login to "my pipex" - it is under "upgrade" or "change package" or something
like that.
