For them to log into the plusnet portal at

use their username and password.

Can't they use the test one - test \ thekeys? or something.(not sure about
the username).

Maybe try calling plusnet on 0845 1400250 from memory.

I have now got the problem sorted down to a modem/ Drivers fault

actually its 0845 1400200


I think there are a few different numbers (200 for Plus.Net, 250 for
Force9, perhaps ?)
