Default Bare board ADSL Filter?

Is there a bare board ADSL filter with punchdown or screw terminals
suitable for putting in to a piece of equipment which directly
terminates a phone line?

I could always pull a regular one apart or dangle wires with the
right connectors from it, but was wondering if something of this
type already exists?

I'd take one to bits. There's normally just a small PCB inside which you can
solder onto without leaving any dangling wires. The sockets will be surface
mount, but nothing to stop you soldering two wires on for a remote RJ11
connection. Not much point in re-inventing the wheel.
