only interested in gettin more customers.

Sorry to pour water on your drivel but:
Been Telewest TV & Broadband customer for around 6 years with th
following record of SERVICE!!!
1. After about 2 months modem started resetting itself. Called Helpdes
& 2 days later engineer called with new modem (still using it).
2. Moved house about 4 years ago. Engineer called to connect up bu
appologised as no cable to premises. Woke up 2 days later (Sunday) t
find pavement dug up and cable being installed.
3. Moved again a couple of months ago. Phoned to tell them on thursday
Everything installed Monday.
4. 2 weeks ago. Set top box packed up on Wednesday. Helpdesk sai
someone out Friday. 5 minutes later phone rings. Engineer in area wil
you be at home in 1 hour!!!!
5. GETTING FREE UPGRADE TO 10meg BY END OF MONTH!!!!!!!!
Oh and by the way - Phone BT Broadband with a loss of service and ther
is a 5 day turnaround just to investigate the problem. (and dont forge
if you have ADSL it is through BT lines

No one is disputing the quality of the hardware. It's the dickheads
running the show, that's the problem.
