"One.Tel has 60,000 broadband users which will presumably be transferred to
under the TalkTalk umbrella with other operations. This is a series of
acquisitions which have formed the One.Tel group that includes Rednet
earlier this year."

Oh Dear
My experience of a problem with Carphone Warehouse is that customer
service is even worse than Tiscali. Complaints to Tiscali's chief exec
at least get treated reasonably seriously (if not very effectively) but
letters to Carphone Warehouse's chief exec just get an irrelevant,
unconsidered and unhelpful reply. Gone right downhill over the years.

I gave up writting letters to CPW and talking to the morons in their call
centre/s - I just hit them with a County Court Summons.
