Default Sipura1001 vs Linksys PAP2?

Does anyone know what the differences are between this:

http://tinyurl.com/862nd

And this:

http://www.sipura.com/products/spa1001.htm

Apart from the massive difference in cost?

I would expect the Sipura to be better, but is it?

The PAP2 appears to be based on the Sipura 2000 (Linksys licenced the
technology from Sipura). There are a few more LEDs on the outside and
one or two menu options missing on the inside, but the user interface
will be familiar to anyone who's had dealings with recent Sipura kit.

Well, Sipura was recently bought-out by Cisco, who also own Linksys, so
what effect that will have on prices is anybody's guess.
