Default Least Cost Routing

I am planing on implementing Least Cost Routing into Asterisk. I was
initially going to set up a database that can be queried. However, i
re-thought this and it seems it might be simpler to just have dial rules
which routes the correct number to the destination.

Voipbuster is probably the cheapest for most. The free destinations are
all that i will call, and for the time being - i am am happy to pay for
the rest.

1899 normal rates.
However, these are subj. to a connection charge of 3p

0870: 7p p/m
0845 3p p/m
uk mobiles weekdays 10p p/m
uk mobiles weekends 3p p/m

1899 voip service
UK National Calls (land lines) 1p p/m
UK mobiles 15p p/m

united kingdom (Mobile) 19.4 euro p/m
united kingdom [0845 rate] (Landline & Mobile) 4.3 euro p/m
united kingdom [national rate] (Landline & Mobile) 10.8 euro p/m
united kingdom [personal] (Landline & Mobile) 19.4 euro p/m

UK fixed lines 0.0
UK mobiles (sat/sun) 3
UK mobiles (weekdays) 12
UK (070 Personal) 20
UK (0845 Local) 4
UK (0870 National) 9

Anybody else got any leads?
