doesn't matter what it's about, my point was they dont tell you when you
sign up , or buy their hardware, there are conditions attached to it

imagine buying a new car then finding out you can only drive it backwards,
but they didn't tell you that before you bought it!

If you look on the website on the "Account & Billing" tab it does mention
it there (but only once you have signed up, I admit).

I did ask if it could be extended but they said no it was an entirely
automatic process :-(

Since when !, there was no free minutes at all when I
signed up except to other Sipgate users .

It's only for users of the Netgear TA612V box.

you've signed up and after you've bought the netgear kit!

oh well , i'm still going to save money anyway so i'm stil happy!

i dont think it should stop you, so far it's been a good service, just be
aware that the free calls are only for the 2 months

I emailed sipgate about this, and received a reply half an hour ago, in
which they've agreed to change the product description in their online
store.

Kind regards

Keith
