I'd imagine that it is simply trying to register you with voipbuster
so that if you want to make a call the system is up and running.
likewise, I believe, some people have incoming numbers on voipbuster.
If the connection with the voipbuster service was not established how
could an incoming call be received?
This is rather like messenger type software registering with Yahoo or
Microsoft etc. You may not want , currently, to send any messages but
the link has to be established lest you wish to do so. Similarly you
will be able to receive messages because you have linked to the
server. If you hadn't linked to the server you wouldn't be able to
