Default Freetalk billing issues


For all Freetalk customers out there, I would go over your bills (which
have finally started arriving) with a fine-tooth come. I've found
approx. 30 of billing errors on mine -- from duplicated monthly
charges, to charges for calls to landline numbers being charged at
mobile rates.

Default Freetalk billing issues

No billing problems here with Freetalk mind you I never make any
chargeable calls the only grumble I have with FT is the 0871 contact
number,never had cause to use it but it narks all that same .


The problem seems to be calls to 023 92 (Portsmouth) and 023 80
(Southampton) are being charged as mobile calls, vs. landlines.

And I was thinking of getting freetalk when I change/if I change over to
bulldog.



Read up on Bulldog before joining them.

Do a search at uk.telecom.broadband

I dont think you will Join them after reading about them.

It is a shame that they do not give a geographic number.
I just wonder how long Dixons will keep this for before they sell it to
another French company.
