Default Port throttling

Hi

I know that port throttling is possible with some Vigor routers, but does
anyone know if other manufacturers offer this feature on their routers?

All the best
Keith

What is "port throttling"? If this means "give preference to certain
appications/ports" then don't the latest VoIP ATAs do this so that the phone
gets priority over downstream applications such as FTP or web browsing?

What I'm talking about is the ability to change the maximum throughput on
physical ports on the router. e.g. limit port 1 to 256kbps, so that one
user can't hog all the bandwidth.
