Eclipse have launched a new packet of ADSL services whereby customers
adjust their service to suit how they surf.

It allows customers to give priority to services they use and reduce
priority for services they don't use.

Now I know ISPs are using many tricks to adjust their speeds and
bandwidth etc but if I don't use FTP (For example)why should I have to
reduce its priority.

I can't see how if I reduce priority for a service I don't use it would
improve the speed of the ports I do use.
