Sounds like a ****ty con trick to me.

Just had a look at the eclipse forum on thinkbroadband.com and it seems
there are lots of negative posts - including people being moved to
Tiscali kit.

They are nothing to do with Entanet - who are a decent ISP ( working
through resellers like ukfsn, adsl24 and others).
