How seriously do NOMINET treat complaints of companies' domains being
listed as non-trading individuals and having the registrants' details
withheld?

TIA.

Very well IME - i`ve reported several and they`ve all been altered to

You might consider uk.net.providers in future

It certainly does get looked at, and handles all sorts of queries
relating to services from domains to ISPs to whatever Peter

Very seriously.

If they believe that a business is misusing this facility they will change
the listing to show the full details and they will do this very quickly.
