Default BT Broadband Customers upgrade to MAX here

Register your interest here http://www.faster.bt.com/ you need to
commit to BT for another 12 months and you need a compatible
router/modem.
Doesn't say how long it'll take to process though.

Knowing BT, anything between 2 weeks and 6 years:-)
And then only if you pester the hell out of their orders dept.
