Default Plusnet freeze automatic MaxDSL upgrades

As a result of the volume of work created for Customer Service staff by
problems resulting from "upgrade" to MaxDSL, Plusnet have taken the
decision to freeze their automatic upgrade process for existing customers
for at least the next two months. This does not apply to new customers -
they will still be put on MaxDSL. However, if you do still want to gain an
upgrade to a DSLMax service, they will still be offering this to people
that opt-in via the http://trials.plus.net site.

I find the marginal

Your dictionary's definition of "marginal" is different to mine.
