Giganews is very good (http://www.giganews.com). Their platinum package is
$24.99pm (approx 14.00pm) for unlimited downloads but also have other
packages for you to choose from. Let me know if you sign up for giganews as

You'd have to be downloading ~ 200GB a month to justify that price !
