Default External binaries?

My neighbour is a Plusnet customer and would like access to binary Usenet.
Any suggestions for best deals and rates if possible?

Newshosting.com do a monthly unlimited account for about $14.95 (8 ish)
which I heartily recommend after 12 months with them.

Combined with binary-friendly software like Newsleecher is a dream, but
beware licences to run Newsleecher is also subscription based, as is their
Usenet search tool "Super Search".

I would happily recommend Newshosting also.

You can use the super search facility in NewsLeecher without a
subscription by using a free program called "NewsSearcher" which
reroutes the search to a freely available usenet search engine.
Unfortunately is has not been updated to support the latest version of
NewsLeecher (3.7). However, you can just go to http://beta.binaries.nl/
in a web browser to search for something, and it will create an nzb file
that you can open with NewsLeecher or another binary newsreader such as
NZB-O-Matic (free).

Depending on newsgroups one is watching, another option might be to use
usenet-access.com ($6/month, 2GB/day allowance), which accepts PayPal.
