Default anyone know if BT offer.......

howdy all,

i was wonderin' if anyone who uses BT for their news provider could tell me
if they still offer support via their own heirachy of groups, i'm not even
sure if those groups ceased to exist after giganews took over....

Yes, bt.broadband.support is one of them

Yes, bt.broadband.support is one of them

You forgot to mention that the actual support mainly comes from the
users as the Usenet support is very patchy & downright unreliable, I
don't think I've seen one post in the last 2 weeks.
