On Be Unlimited you can get a refund for each days without service
after 5
consecutive days and with Be Pro it's after 1 day without service
Be are unfortuantely always very reluctant to get BT invovled, but
have got
better than they used to be - you just have to keep pushing
Sounds as if they are going to get the ties pairs at the exchange
changed
now, which will hopefully resolve the problem

He pays £18 per month so I think that is Be Unlimited. If service is
resumed this week we will be pushing for compensation, will be
interesting to see what happens!

Hi

I'm Louise and work at Be (hence my username), could you please get
your friend to login to our official forum and send me a private
message, my username on there is Lkirlew. I will then look into this
and make sure we can get it sorted for your friend. Sorry for all the
hassles your friend is going through!

Hi Louise !

It's always good to see support people pop their noses in here to check
stuff out but sadly also so rare.

Was this this as part of your job or in your free time ? The ONLY other
company that does this now here AFAICS is Plusnet and even that's dropping
off. Once, the remnants IIRC of bluetonder did too but that seems to have
vanished.

How dumb are the management of ISPs not to know they could probably find
out the majority of their everyday problems. simply by dipping in here
from time to time ?

And please don't mention 'forums', I LOATHE them with a vengeange. Most
don't even support threading and are more interested in pretty graphics
than simple text messages.

Regards, Graham (with Idnet btw - super ISP - bit I did consider Be).

Don't knock the Be forums - they are pretty plain and a great source of
information and are frequented by helpful people like me
