Default Register Push To Talk clients with Asterisk

Anybody managed this? With my E61, I'm getting pretty close, but failing
with auth:

WARNING[12445] chan_sip.c: username mismatch, have 6018, digest has
6018@fqdn
NOTICE[12445] chan_sip.c: Registration from 'sip:6018@fqdn' failed for
'212.183.136.193' - Username/auth name mismatch

Note that the E61 appends the FQDN of the server to the username. I have
tried creating the SIP peer as 6018 and 6018@fqdn, to no avail. Any ideas?
