Plusnet has a number of obligations that are required by UK
legislation. These obligations ensure our customers are provided with
choice and consumer protection"
I never saw any of this when they failed to offer service and support
to my account. In fact quite the opposite.
" Plusnet takes these obligations very seriously, as they ensure that
the needs and demands of our customers are met and that we deliver a
service which is second-to-none"
A blatant lie and shown to be. Leaving a customer with very poor
Internet connection and zero support. Even when this was complained
about nothing happened to improve matters.
"When we provide service to you, we promise to use all the reasonable
skill and care of a competent Internet and Telecommunications Service
Another blatant lie. Plusnet fail to provide anything like this.
Nice to see it in black and white. keeps legal process simple.
