That's nothing. The author highlighted a story from 2006 in
uk.telecom.mobile.

I think the purpose of the Usenet article was to draw attention to the

Doesnt say anything about what it is. Typical science jouranlist ********.

I assume they have simply built their own ATM backbone over dark fibre.
Or something. Canmt remember where ATM is at the moment.. 8Gbps per
fibre IIRC.
