Ineptocracy

(in-ep-toc'-ra-cy) - a system of government where the least capable to
lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the
members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are
rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a
diminishing number of producers.

In bed they are often referred to as SBDs (silent but deadlies).

Possibly deadly, certainly relationship-threatening, but not known to have
any effect on telecommunications.

Please don't feed the troll.

This guy is posting links all over newsnet tonight all starting with
this ad.fly link, I'm guessing it's some sort of pay for adverts rubbish.
