Default Betamax (voipcheap) issues

Is anyone else having issues with Betamax clones lately?
voipcheap.co.uk is regularly giving the message "no rowtes found"
(Obviously it should be routes as in roots)

This happened for an excessively long spell this afternoon but from
having never had a problem in the last... 10 years or so to having
almost daily issues with "no rowtes found" seems to me that all is not
well in the Betamax camp...

Default Betamax (voipcheap) issues

I've had no problems using the Betamax clone JustVoip.

My voipcheap.co.uk is also behaving strangely:

1. Takes a long time to log on (with tick and cross alternating).
Incorrect on screen messages while happening.
2. Seems to log itself off if not used after a while.

Probably happened after the last Live Upgrade.
The echo issues remain.

We get what we pay for.

I think you may be referring to the softphone they provide, I doubt if
many on here use it.

All our outgoing calls go via discountvoip.co.uk, I haven't
experienced any degradation.
