Over the next year an agreement between the London Borough of Southwark and Hyperoptic should see the area be competing with Kingston upon Hull for the local authority with the most full fibre connectivity.

They probably would not believe that an employee of such a tech company (albeit overblown) would be capable of generating such arse dribble...
