I'm looking for a backup SIM which will keep a phone going but not require
a monthly top up.

Ideally Vodaphone (to diversify networks) but retaining credit long term
is more important.

Delays accessing web services

My PC has suddenly started pausing before loading web pages.
I would normally associate this with a network time out or long wait for a
resource.
Given that there seem to be a large number of sites...
