Hi I've used 3COM, Draytek 2900 and a Netgear DGFV338 routers, with both the Draytek and the Netgear I have successfully set up a VPN connection. I found the Draytek to be relatively simple to set up as a VPN server, but the Netgear was, for me, a real pain. Since the upgrade the performance has been awful. I am currently getting 36k/s download speed compared with the stable 1200k/s I had before the 'upgrade'. The only reason I pay 30 odd pounds per month is because I am some distance from an telephone exchange, at the moment though I would be better with a 2mb line from Sky.
