Hi, Does anyone know of any way to test a broadband lines reliability ? We have a customer who's line drops out three or four times a day. They use this line for remote workers to work over a VPN from another site. When it drops out it causes a fair amount of disruption.

Hi, Once my new BT line is in, what is the current expected waiting time for a new sky package i.e. sky dish,ADSL (LLU exchange),phone. Also... will they refuse to install if the phone line is classed as a business line with BT ? Sky shouldn't be too much of a problem as it is for the flat above our business premisis.

Thursday evening the lodger managed to turn of the BT220v router.. Will be moving over to ADSLMax Broadband next week, and have noticed that for the first 10 days the router/modem should be left 'on' all day, so that the optimum sync speed can be established.
