Onetel webmail log in rejected again since Friday by Gel
Though not reported on their Tech Status page, I have 1 onetel e mail address which I have not been able to receive e mails on since Friday; same on web in that it won't let me log on. Filled in e mail from but zero response from Talk Not Talk. Rang em this morning and said they're aware there is an issue and seeking to resolve. All my other e mail address with them work; very annoying.

Wireless PCI adapter for Netgear DG834PN by stuart
Hello all At present I access the Internet using a Netgear DG834PN and a WPN111 usb wireless 'dongle'. I am considering changing to an internal PCI wireless card and wondered if anyone could give me recommendations. I double boot XP Pro and LinuxMint. I was thinking about a WPN311 PCI adapter. Has anyone any experience of this on XP and Linux with the DG834PN ? TIA stuart --

Sending email by Bill Ridgeway
My ISP blocks access to Port 25. The effect of this is that, in setting up OE I have to use smtp.orange.co.uk.. I cannot use the smtp.another which hosts my email. However, I can set up an account in OE using my email address hosted by 'another'. If can send as much email as I like using my email host service blocking Port 25 is not an effective way of blocking spam and brings into...

Who do you complain to? by Grumps
As an existing Sky TV customer, my mother-in-law signed up for their free broadband package. This was enabled in February, but it still does not work! I wonder, is this a record for Sky, 4 months? There have been many, many phone calls, emails, letters. But nobody gives a toss, or all persons involved are utterly incompetent. The last letter said "we've reconnected a tie-pair, and it should...

"no preset limit" = 60GB by kim
Got a letter from AOL (Carphone Warehouse) this morning telling me that (in their opinion) I'd exceeded their Fair Use Policy by downloading more than 60GB per month and threatening to throttle my bandwidth even further than they do already if I didn't reduce this total. So, is there any *genuine* unlimited broadband service provider left in the UK? (kim)

Installing Talktalk broadband modem. USB vs Ethernet by TJ
If you're having trouble with USB broadband modem installation this may help. Talktalk sent me the HUAWEI SmartAX MT882 broadband modem - with both USB and LAN/ Ethernet connections. Previously I used a Sagem 800 USB modem through USB 1 at 2meg speeds with no problems running on WIN ME. I chose USB (as I had previously never loaded the LAN driver, having
