Hi All I have a problem with a friends PC (posted ages ago and that issue was a line fault) The currnt issue , is that when the PC is booted , we double click speedtouch and get a message saying the port is already in use. We keep clicking and eventually after 5 mins or so the modem allows you to connect. We are running Windows 98 and have updated all drivers.

Hi there, Im trying to access a download website on one of my pcs and it does not work, tryed turning firewall off, etc etc and still no joy! Hi, My friend uses a "Pig" filter connected between her BT phone socket and the telephone. Will this still work (& will broadband work) with the micro filters for broadband.? Does anyone have experience of trying this please?? Thanks Julie

Clarity seem to be the only people doing a modified faceplate and from reading through various forums and groups I haven't found anyone who actually received one. Greetings I have just set up a network between my desktop PC and a laptop but when Zone Alarm (free version) is running on the PC, I can't "see" the laptop. As soon as I disable Zone Alarm, there is the laptop and I can move stuff to-and-fro. Can anyone advise please on whether I can tell Zone Alarm to accept the signal from the laptop - and if so, how?
