Hi, I have 4 PC's hooked up to a switch, which is connected to a Alcatel Speedtouch router (old 4 port hub model). How can I limit the available bandwidth to a particluar PC?

two XP boxes, two 54g cards, adhoc. tired of it getting new ip on every boot. cant find anything on static for ICS in XP. Any ideas?

I just bought myself a Netgear DG834G wireless ADSL router and a 3com 3CRPAG175 wireless 802.11a/b/g laptop card. A mate of mine whos a Sky installer has been telling me hes going on training cos there launching a 2meg connection thru your ya dish this year with a modem needed for uploading and the service will be provided thru BT at £60 a month, has anyone heard anymore about this, my sky installer is quite knowledgeable about it so no reason not to belive him, cheers for any info given !
