I don't 'need' a faster service, I just 'want' one. :) To be honest, the most important factor for me is the permanent connection. The speed isn't a big issue, except for the (all too frequent) occasions when I have multiple downloads going. I think my PC is sick, it often refuses to boot and it being a real nightmare. However today, for the second time, reinstalling AOL 8 seemed to fix the boot up problem (I only tried this as eventually when it did boot the broadband connection wasn't there).
