Sipura 2100, SIPGATE and Calling Card issue by Tarquell Smith
Hi, I am using sipgate via my sipura 2100 to a calling card service. I ring an 0800 number and it connects fine. When it asks me for my PIN number from the card it is not recognised. Why could this be ? Could it be the tones are not being recognised? I changed some dialtone settings in the sipura but its still the same. Any healp greatly appreciated.

Skype and DTMF by andy
Does anyone know if Skype supports sending DTMF tones? I tried a couple of calls last night, using 0844 callthrough providers to try and reach UK mobiles, and I was asked to enter number after I already had. I don't think it was any of the other providers involved in the call, as I've used them before without problems. Thanks for any info.

Hi I am finding that some of my users are getting dropped calls when behind NAT using the new version of X-Lite. It is the same behaviour you see if you set Send Audio When Silent to No in the older versions. As this option doesn't exist in the new version does anyone know a fix? Regards Jon

Call disconnection signaling by sean
Okay. Well, in the UK if you call from a BT line to a BT line and the person you call puts down their phone i believe it does not disconnect the caller for around 10 minutes? I've used many VoIP providers, and some also work in this way, and some also work like mobiles do. If you call someone and they hang up, it disconnects you. It's annoying that many providers work in the same way as BT,...
