Is it possible to have two accounts on one line?
For example sipgate for incoming calls and then voipbuster for outgoing
calls - both on one line, without having to have one service on one line and
one on the other?

| | Bad echo on VoIP by
Rob
Hi everyone.
I've been experimenting with VoiP. Used it a lot when in away from
home etc. However, when I make calls via Voipbuster, or receive them
through Sipgate, the other party always tells me they here an echo. I
hear no echo on my laptop side, and am using closed headphones with a
boom mic.
The problem persists when using DSL in the UK, France and USA.

| | Sipura 3000 PSTN to VoIP by
Henk van Andel
I would like to call trough my home PBX to the PSTN port of my Sipura 3000
and then dial through VoIP such as VoIPBuster.
I have on the PSTN line two dial plans:
Dial plan 1: (xxx:@gw1) ---- calls 3xxx and 6xxx numbers through gw1
to an Asterix (remote)
Dial plan 2: (0:0031xxxxxxxx:@gw2) --- calls Dutch 0xxxxxxxxx
landline numbers through gw2 = VoIPBuster
Both gateways and dialplans...

åre 27
Hello,
I write from Italy as I couldn't find an answer to this problem:
I installed a Sipura 3000 and it works great.
If I receive a call on my PSTN number the cordless Iconnected to Sipura
rings.
If I receive a Voip call it's ok.-
If I try to make a new call, the sipura always try to use the Voip getaway.
I would like to configure it in this way: if I press # or * the following
number should...

| | Best outgoing provider for UK landline...? by
Alex
Hi,
I currently have a sipgate account, which I am very pleased with so far (use
it mainly for incoming calls and daytime 0845/0870 as we have no landline,
only cable broadband and my mobile does the bulk of my calling due to
x-network free mins).
I do however use the sipgate account for roughly 5mins a day on calls to
landlines. With all these providers who seem to be offering free UK...

| | Asterisk@home & Sipdiscount & one way ausio by
Sparks
I have created a sipdiscount account and credited it with 5 Euros, however,
I am only getting one way audio (I can't hear people I call, but they hear
me)
I do hear about 0.25 of a second of audio when the phone is lifted, then
nothing...
I also have an accounts with Sipgate, VoIPCheap & FWD, all of these are
fine.
I am using the same trunk settings as Sipgate.

answered I cant hear the other end.
Does this setup still work ? . If so what setting do I have to change.
I've an 1899 account should I be using that .
Thanks in advance

I seem to be getting incoming CLI on the Freetalk system, even where
the caller has withheld (either permamently or by using 141)
Is it just my setup or are other Freetalk users getting the same?

I configured my GXP-2000 with sipdiscount.com and registered with them.
I can call UK phones for free but for only 1 minute as sipdiscount.com says
you need to credit your account with 5 Euros to make unlimited free calls.
Has anyone tried it yet and does it work ? If you only call the "free"
country list, does your balance stay at 5 Euros and calls are unlimited ?
Thank you for your help.

| | Asterisk@Home as a PABX replacement? by
Steve
Hi all,
I have messed around a bit with Asterisk@Home and a couple of sip
providers to enable voip and installed a couple of remote extentions
that worked great for free cross company calls. However, we have setup
a new company and have installed an ISDN30 circuit and are in the
process of buying a PABX for the switchboard.
This got me thinking. Could I not install Asterisk@home at the...
