Hello, I'm considering using www.exchangext.com for hosted IP-PBX / Centrex. I like the Pay As You Go nature of the service and that the Centrex / AutoAttendant costs £10 per month for 10 lines / extensions. Does anyone have experience of this service? Dave

Sipgate... Hardware options or an alternative by Justin
Hi.. I have browsed through this forum from time to time and the one before it. I know sometimes Sipgate is used as a swear word on this forum but for our particular use it is wonderful. The saving is considerable with no monthly charge or joining fee. Having just changed electricity/gas supplier I'm in the mood for checking out other household suppliers for cheap/better alternatives. Prior...

Coms.com new voip by voipuser
Hi Has anyone else tried the newly launched coms.com voip service? Great idea free UK number etc etc, but impossible to get any replies to support emails :tdown Problem is it asks you to register your credit debit card at sign up but that doesn't work - it then says you can do it later from your account screen. You then choose "TOP-UP" enter card details

SPA3102 PSTN quality by Oldie
I've been toying with the idea of combining my PSTN & VOIP lines through one ATA, but I seem to remember reading that some users had low volume on PSTN calls on the SPA3000. Can anyone who has used the SPA3102 tell me whether it suffers from this problem or not? Oldie

Voipdiscount Outgoing Calls with Sipgate Incoming Calls on a Linksys PAP2 by Giganews
I've just hooked up a Linsys PAP2T to my router and have configured it to dial out and receive calls using Voipdiscount. I can't help thinking that Voipdiscount will drop the free calls to UK landlines at some point and so ideally what I'd like to do, is to have a 'known' incoming Voip provider such as Sipgate or Draytel and use the Voipdiscount for outgoing calls only.

Mobile VOIP Access (With PDA?) by Daviey
Ivor Please Ignore - I am not advertising TMobile. I am interested in VOIP over mobile networks. Previously i didn't consider GPRS to be fast enough for voip access. 3g seemed too expensive and unworthwhile. However Tmobile have released a new product. 10GB cap £22.50 p/m http://www.theregister.co.uk/2006/09/29/tmobile_voip_tariff/ This, in my opinion has made VOIP over mobile viable. Has...

Skype and home networking with Netgear RO318 - Are there any issues? by Elliott Cowton
Hi I have a foreign student living in the house at the moment and she wants to set up a Skype connection. The house is wired with a Cat5e network and a Netgear RO318 router talking to the internet via an ntl 1Meg connection. Internal connections work at Base 100. There are no fancy bits like VPN enabled. In the past I have come across applications (Video Conferencing using Fuji
