Hi We wish to implement VoIP to (primarily) communicate with overseas office, but at the same time reduce the phone bill for the office in general. We have a 1 MB leased line connecting to a Cisco 2501 router (ISP managed), then a Cisco PIX 506e, through to four 3COM 4288g manageable network switches.

I have an account with Sipgate and a Grandstream BT-102 phone. It all works fine except that when people call me they don't hear a ringing tone (the BT-102 rings fine). I've tried forwarding ports and it doesn't seem to have made any difference. Any ideas? Rob

Can you get the recipient to get CLID on there phone so erm If I phone someone with internet calls is it possible that the recipient is shown a number via CLID so they know who's calling and can call back ermm.. I hope thats clear ;)
