PAP2 & two services on one line by Chris
I have sipgate with a geographical # on line 1, and sipdiscount on line 2. What I want to happen is for sipdiscount to be selected when i dial out on line 1, instead of sipgate - which would then be used only for incoming calls. I have a feeling I need to modify the dial plan for line 1 to accomplish this - does anyone have any pointers?

Setting time on SPA3012 by Les Desser
My old SPA3000 keeps correct time via the time-server settings I have entered. On a new SPA3012 I have used the same time-servers but the time is 8 hours slow. There must be some time-zone setting somewhere but I cannot find it. Any ideas please. -- Les Desser

Comments on the Zoom V3 Ethernet Router and Gateway by [L.]
I was wondering if someone has used/tried the following VoIP router and what their opinions are. ----------- Zoom V3 4-Port Ethernet 1-Port USB Router and Gateway The Zoom V3 integrates a router, firewall, four-port 10/100 Ethernet switch, USB port, and VoIP phone port. A TelePort feature provides a phone port that lets users use a standard single-line phone for conventional phone calls or free...

SIPDiscount CallerID by Ron Wellsted
Using SIPDiscount for outgoing calls sometimes results in the SIPDiscount VoIPin number being presented to the callee (sometimes they get CID withheld or CID unknown). For consistency, I would like to withhold the number always. I am using asterisk 1.2.10, and have tried changing the sip.conf callerid with no success. Does anybody have any suggestions? Other than that, will sipdiscount accept...

Voip router for old exchange by jasee
Are there any routers which will work with an old Pentara plus (analogue) exchange. I first tried it with bt voip when they were giving away a free cisco router (ISTR). It didn't connect very reliably to the exchange.

Any Asterisk expert out there? by Les Desser
I posted here some weeks ago (17/07/06) . An updated copy of my original post is below. Assuming we could be convinced that a suitable and reliable system could be put together, is there anyone who could provide us with hands-on help to set up a suitable system? While a charity, we would still be prepared to pay a reasonable fee. We are located in north London.

Tesco Internet Phone by RX.3000
Hi Picked one of these up today - USB handset and a fiver credit for 14.97... calls made through the tesco software cost 2pm pretty much... Just wondered if anyone knows whether you can unlock this handset from the tesco software and for example set it up so that pressing the buttons on the handset brings up the voipcheap application instead of the tesco software?

VoIP extension for remote PABX user by Jono
Hello all, I need to set up an extension on a PABX for a remote user. The cost of the proprietory VoIP cards for the system outweighs any savings, so I was wondering what my alternatives are. I'm thinking along the following lines: 1 X SPA3000 at the office, connected to an analogue extension port &
