Someone in another thread found an MG3 ATA for just under $30, approx 27 euros or 20 pounds. This is the price given by voice stick. Does anyone have any experience with this ATA? And is it locked into voice stick? How easy to unlock? Any other cheap ATAs around?

Hi! I would like on asterisk @ home to have a sound file of my choice played to me when i pick up calls from different trunks... For example when i pickup a call coming in on trunk 1, i would like "trunk 1" to be said when i pickup the phone. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks.

I am currently using the Sipgate VOIP service via my NTL broadband connection and very regularly find that my telephone conversations get cut-off at random intervals. After which I am unable to get a dialing tone until I reset my router (i.e. turn it off & on). This is leading me to think that it is my router that is at fault. It is a Linksys BEFSR41 model.
